My wife applied her PR on 3-Sep-2014.
It's almost one year now.
As what I understand, it should take about 6 months to complete.
Does anyone face the same problem?
If yes, can you tell me what I should do to expedite the process?

Oh my. The process can be excruciating but that does sound like longer than usual.
